Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to NEN.AD, NEN.AD SOLUTIONS, and our related websites, including nen.ad, software.nen.ad, guides.nen.ad, and any other official NEN.AD pages. By using our websites, buying our products, using our services, reading our guides, or accessing our tools and recommendations, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

By using our websites, products, services, guides, or tools, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into agreements, or that you are using them with permission from a parent, guardian, or authorized representative.

1. What We Offer

NEN.AD may offer:

Some products may be delivered, licensed, hosted, or processed through third-party platforms.

2. Digital Products and Software

When you buy software, guides, downloads, templates, or other digital products, you receive a limited license to use them for personal or business use.
You may not:

Reverse engineer, crack, bypass, or abuse our software/licensing systems

Use our products for illegal activity, spam, fraud, or platform abuse

Unless clearly stated otherwise, all products are digital products. No physical item will be shipped.

3. Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Paddle or other checkout/payment services.

For purchases processed by Paddle, Paddle may act as the Merchant of Record or authorized reseller. Your checkout, payment, invoice, taxes, refunds, and chargebacks may be handled by Paddle under Paddle’s own terms and policies.


We do not collect or store your full payment card details on our website. Payment information is handled by the payment provider.


You must provide accurate, valid, and lawful payment information. We are not responsible for failed, rejected, fraudulent, unauthorized, or incorrectly submitted payment details provided to the payment provider.


Available payment methods may include cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, cryptocurrency, or other methods shown at checkout. Available payment methods may change at any time.

4. Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products, license keys, downloads, guides, or access details may be delivered by email, account access, download page, third-party platform, or another method shown at checkout. Delivery may depend on successful payment confirmation and accurate customer information.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, the payment provider’s rules, and applicable consumer law.

Because our products are digital, refunds may be refused after download, license activation, product access, service delivery, or clear use of the product, unless required by law.


Refunds may be considered if:

A payment was made by clear mistake and the product has not been downloaded, activated, accessed, or used

A serious technical issue caused by our own product cannot be reasonably fixed

A refund is required by applicable consumer law or by the payment provider’s rules

Refund requests may be refused if we suspect fraud, abuse, chargeback abuse, misuse of our products, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or repeated unreasonable refund requests.


Our software, guides, workflows, services, and digital materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” Some products may depend on third-party websites, platforms, APIs, browsers, extensions, operating systems, or online services. These third parties can change, restrict, block, remove, or discontinue features at any time. We are not responsible for such third-party changes, and such changes do not automatically create a right to a refund.


Nothing in this policy limits any legal rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

6. Services

Services listed on nen.ad/services or on third-party marketplaces may have separate pricing, delivery times, requirements, and limitations.

A service order starts after payment is completed and after we receive the information, files, access details, links, or instructions required to complete the work.


Some services may require the buyer to provide specific details after purchase. If the buyer does not provide the required information, provides incorrect information, or delays communication, the delivery time may be delayed or the order may be cancelled according to our Refund Policy or the rules of the payment platform/marketplace.


We may also offer or redirect certain services through third-party marketplaces. In that case, the marketplace’s own terms, order process, payment rules, refund rules, and requirements may also apply.


We may refuse or cancel a service request if it is illegal, abusive, misleading, technically impossible, violates a platform’s rules, or is outside what we offer.

7. Guides and Tutorials

Guides, tutorials, workflows, and educational materials may be offered as free or paid digital products.

These materials are provided to teach, explain, or demonstrate practical steps, methods, workflows, and technical processes. They are not a guarantee of a specific result, income, ranking, access, compatibility, or continued functionality.


You are responsible for using the information legally, responsibly, and in accordance with the terms, rules, and policies of any third-party website, platform, software, browser, extension, online service, or tool involved.


Some guides may involve automation, scraping, monitoring, downloading, extraction, conversion, browser workflows, or similar technical methods. We do not guarantee that such methods are allowed by every third-party platform, and we do not provide legal advice.


Some guides may mention or depend on third-party tools or services. We do not own or control those third-party tools unless clearly stated, and we are not responsible for their changes, availability, pricing, rules, restrictions, support, or functionality.


If a third-party website, browser, extension, API, software, or online service changes, blocks, removes, or discontinues functionality, a guide or workflow may stop working as expected. Such third-party changes do not automatically create a right to a refund.

8. Affiliate Links and Third-Party Tools

Third-party tools are owned and operated by their respective companies. We may review, recommend, compare, or link to them, but we are not responsible for their pricing, availability, features, safety, support, refunds, or changes.

9. Accounts, Licenses, and Access

Some products may require a license key, activation, account, or hardware-based access check.

You are responsible for keeping your license key, account, and purchase details safe. License keys, product access, and account access are personal to the buyer and may not be sold, shared, transferred, or reassigned unless we clearly agree otherwise.


We may block, disable, or refuse access if we detect:

10. Support

We try to provide reasonable support for our own paid products.

We try to make our products and content useful, accurate, and functional, but we do not guarantee that every product, guide, tool, service, feature, or workflow will work for every user, device, operating system, browser, platform, website, or situation.


Some products and guides may depend on third-party websites, APIs, browsers, extensions, operating systems, payment providers, online services, or other external tools. These third parties can change, restrict, block, remove, or discontinue features at any time.
